A mission-driven executive, Abhijat brings over 14 years of cross-sector expertise spanning education, non-profit leadership, and data analytics. He specialises in driving large-scale systemic impact through multi-year planning, long-term strategy, and organisational transformation. Beginning his career as a Software Engineer at Accenture, Abhijat has uniquely pivoted between data analytics at PwC in Chicago and deep leadership roles in the development sector. His journey in education began on the ground as a Teach For India Fellow, later returning to lead regional recruitment. He subsequently drove NGO accelerator programmes as Chief Programme Officer at Atma and most recently spearheaded 5-year strategic planning at the Kotak Education Foundation. He holds a Bachelor's in Engineering and an MS in Information Systems.
