Pratham has partnered with the United States Agency for International Development(USAID) for “ENABLE: Equity in Accessing Numeracy And Basic Literacy Education”. Ms Masarrat Khan was invited on 23 January 2024 as an expert at the Roundtable Discussion on Foundational Literacy & Numeracy at YB Chavan Centre, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
On 8 February 2024, Ms Masarrat Khan was also invited as Convenor of the panel discussion on “Academic Research and Civil Society Ecosystem”. Start-Up Workshop on Inclusive Education organised by PRATHAM and USAID at New Delhi. She also had a meeting on 13 January 2024 with the Pratham Team for survey on Situational Analysis of the Status of the Disability Sector.
Hashu Advani College of Special Education (HACSE), Chembur, Mumbai, placed 14 final year students pursuing B.Ed. Sp. Ed. In LD as part of the internship for 60 hours at MDA. During their internship, they learned about the assessment and support services, and observed the remedial and study skills programmes offered for students with SLD. April-May 2024.
